1. Scope and service provider
This Privacy Policy applies to the AdytumVPN mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Advance Infinity for YQA INDUSTRIAL LIMITED (collectively, “we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). AdytumVPN provides a user-initiated virtual private network connection and related session, network-information, diagnostic, advertising, and support features.
A VPN must process network traffic to route it. This policy distinguishes that operational processing from analytics, advertising, diagnostics, and information stored on your device.
2. Information we and our providers may handle
VPN and network information
- Network requests and destination or routing information needed to transmit traffic through the selected VPN configuration.
- Connection credentials or configuration values, selected connection option, session identifiers, connection state, timestamps, duration, transferred-data totals, and error or diagnostic results.
- Your source IP address and the VPN exit IP address, together with network-derived details such as approximate country, region, city, network organization/ASN, timezone, or coordinates returned by an IP information provider. This is approximate network information, not precise GPS location.
Device, app, and diagnostic information
- App package and version, Android version, device brand, manufacturer or model, language/locale, network type, and technical status information.
- Crash reports, performance data, app interactions, screens viewed, buttons selected, VPN connection events, advertising events, and diagnostic messages.
- An Android ID or a randomly generated identifier stored on the device, used to support app operation, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service reporting.
Advertising and consent information
- Advertising identifiers where available and permitted, consent status, ad requests, impressions, clicks, rewards, errors, and related network or device context.
- Choices submitted through Google's User Messaging Platform or device privacy controls.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. The Application does not require you to create an AdytumVPN account.
Local information
The Application stores limited preferences and operational data on your device, such as selected options, guide/rating state, configuration and node data, session timing, consent-related settings, identifiers, and cached IP information. Android backup or device-transfer features may process eligible preferences when enabled on your device.
3. Why information is used
- To establish, maintain, diagnose, and stop the VPN tunnel you request.
- To display connection status, session time, transfer information, exit IP information, and available network diagnostics.
- To retrieve app and node configuration, maintain reliability, recover from connection errors, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To provide advertisements and optional rewarded-ad functionality, manage consent, measure ad delivery, and account for rewards.
- To understand app use, investigate failures, improve features, and protect the Application and users.
- To answer support requests, enforce our terms, meet legal obligations, and protect rights and safety.
Depending on the information and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, based on consent, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or required by law.
4. VPN traffic and visibility
When connected, device traffic covered by the Android VPN configuration passes through VPN or proxy infrastructure. Infrastructure operators and technical providers may process traffic and metadata as needed to transmit requests, authenticate access, balance routes, maintain security and reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not claim that AdytumVPN makes you completely anonymous. Destination services can still receive traffic you send and may identify you through logins, cookies, device characteristics, or content. Encryption between you and a destination depends on the destination protocol, such as HTTPS. Avoid sending sensitive information to untrusted or unencrypted services.
5. Third-party services and disclosures
| Provider/category | Role and possible information |
|---|---|
| VPN and hosting infrastructure | Routes requested traffic and may process IP addresses, destinations, credentials, session and traffic metadata, reliability data, and abuse-prevention signals. |
| IP information providers | Services including ipinfo.io, api.ipify.org, icanhazip.com, and checkip.amazonaws.com receive the requesting IP and standard request metadata to return an IP address or network information. |
| Google Play services and Firebase | Firebase Remote Config, Analytics, and Crashlytics support configuration, usage measurement, and crash diagnostics and may process app/device identifiers, interactions, device details, IP-derived information, and diagnostics. |
| Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform | Serve and measure ads, manage consent, prevent fraud, and support rewarded ads. Processing can include advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, consent status, and ad interactions. |
| Facebook SDK | Supports app measurement and advertising-related functionality and may process identifiers, device/app information, IP address, interactions, and diagnostics under its terms. |
| Service backend | Receives operational and event reports, which can include app/version, timestamp, device/system details, identifier, approximate network location, connection or ad events, and diagnostics. |
Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their exact practices can depend on your region, consent, device settings, and the current SDK version. We may also disclose information to service providers working for us; to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests; to investigate fraud or security incidents; to protect rights or safety; or as part of a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Your choices and controls
- VPN permission: Android asks for your approval before AdytumVPN can create a VPN tunnel. You may decline or disconnect at any time.
- Notifications: On applicable Android versions, you may manage notification permission in system settings. Android may still show notices required for an active foreground VPN service.
- Ads and consent: Where a consent interface is available, use it to make or update eligible choices. You may also adjust Android advertising and privacy settings. Contextual or limited ads may still appear where permitted.
- Rewarded ads: Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Declining means the associated optional time reward is not added.
- Uninstall: You can stop future Application-side collection by disconnecting and uninstalling the Application. Information already held by providers may remain under applicable retention rules.
7. Retention and deletion
Local preferences and caches generally remain until overwritten, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the Application is uninstalled, subject to Android backup or transfer behavior. IP information may be cached locally for a limited time to reduce repeated network requests. Operational, analytics, advertising, crash, security, and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contractual requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Different providers may apply different retention periods.
You may request deletion of information associated with you by contacting us. Include enough detail to locate the relevant records, but do not send passwords, full payment-card data, or other unnecessary secrets. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where legally permitted or required. Some data may be aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no VPN, transmission method, server, or storage system is completely secure. Keep Android and the Application updated, use HTTPS, secure your device and accounts, and disconnect when you no longer need the VPN.
9. International processing
AdytumVPN and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws and government access rules may differ. Where required, we use available contractual, consent, or other legal mechanisms for such transfers.
10. Children
AdytumVPN is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal limitations. Contact us to submit a request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, providers, laws, or practices change. We will post the revised text and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Application or through another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
