Terms of Use

Provider and eligibility

AdytumVPN (the “Application” or “Service”) is provided by Advance Infinity for YQA INDUSTRIAL LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the Application for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them.

The Application is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by local law. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor where permitted.

What AdytumVPN provides

AdytumVPN allows a user to request an Android VPN connection, choose among listed connection options, and review session time, transfer information, exit IP information, and available connection diagnostics. Optional features may include video-node previews, sharing, support contact, advertisements, and rewarded ads that add session time.

Connection labels are selectable options and do not guarantee that each option is a separate physical server or that a specific city, host, route, gateway, exit address, speed, or service will be available. Features and configurations can vary by app version, location, device, provider availability, and network conditions.

VPN permission and user control

AdytumVPN uses Android VpnService. The Application can create a tunnel only after you initiate a connection and approve Android's system VPN consent request. While connected, Android displays VPN status and the Application runs a visible foreground service with an ongoing notification. You can stop the connection in the Application or with the notification's Stop action.

You authorize the Application and supporting VPN infrastructure to process and route network traffic and connection metadata as technically required to provide the requested service. Disconnect when you do not want traffic routed through the VPN.

Session limits and optional advertising

The current configuration may limit a VPN session to about five minutes. The Application displays remaining time and may disconnect when it expires. Where offered, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to add time to the active session. The Application explains the reward before requesting the ad.

Advertisements, eligibility, reward delivery, reward amount, and session limits depend on third-party ad services, network connectivity, configuration, and successful completion of the stated action. An unavailable, interrupted, invalid, or incomplete ad may not produce a reward. We may change or discontinue session and reward rules. We do not promise unlimited time, continuous access, or that an ad will always be available.

Acceptable use

You must use AdytumVPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use or attempt to use the Service to:

• violate applicable law, sanctions, court orders, or third-party terms;
• gain unlawful access to content, systems, networks, accounts, or data;
• attack, scan, overload, disrupt, damage, or bypass security of a network or service;
• create, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, harmful material, or fraudulent communications;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person;
• resell, sublicense, automate, reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the Application or supporting infrastructure, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

You are responsible for your activity and for determining whether VPN use and access to particular services are permitted in your location. We may restrict or end access reasonably believed to create legal, safety, operational, or abuse risks.

Your device and network responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your device, installing legitimate updates, protecting credentials, and using appropriate account and network safeguards. Rooting, jailbreaking, malicious software, unsupported Android versions, or device modifications may reduce security or prevent the Application from working correctly.

A VPN is not a guarantee of anonymity or protection from every threat. Continue to use HTTPS, strong unique passwords, multi-factor authentication, current security patches, and care with links, files, and personal information.

Third-party services and content

The Application relies on third parties, which may include VPN and hosting infrastructure, public IP information providers, Google Play services, Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, Google's User Messaging Platform, Facebook SDK services, internet providers, and destination websites or apps. Third-party products, advertisements, links, content, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.

We do not endorse or control third-party content merely because it is reachable through a VPN connection or shown in an advertisement. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party. Availability or behavior of a third-party service may change without notice.

Data charges and commercial changes

You are responsible for internet, mobile data, roaming, device, and third-party charges arising from your use. VPN traffic may count toward your provider's data allowance. If you are not the bill payer or device owner, obtain their permission.

The current Application may be offered without a direct download charge and supported by advertising. We may introduce, change, or discontinue paid features in the future, but any direct price or purchase condition will be presented before the relevant transaction. Google Play purchase terms may also apply.

License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible device for lawful personal use. The Application, branding, interfaces, software, documentation, and related rights remain owned by or licensed to the Service Provider. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, extract source code, create derivative works, remove notices, or use our marks without permission, except to the limited extent applicable law does not allow such restrictions.

Updates, availability, and termination

We may update configurations, nodes, features, security requirements, supported Android versions, or the Application. You may need to install updates to continue using the Service. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, misuse, or business reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the Application. On termination, your license ends and provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions—remain effective.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; any specific route, location, IP address, latency, speed, content access, or compatibility; successful diagnostics or rewards; or protection from monitoring, malware, tracking, interception, data loss, or other harms. Network conditions, device state, providers, destinations, and events outside our control affect the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ACCESS, ARISING FROM THE APPLICATION OR SERVICE.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for the Application during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 10, unless applicable law requires a different minimum remedy. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain consumer rights, fraud, or personal injury caused by legally established fault.

Law, disputes, and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider in Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights or requires another forum. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, transaction, or service transfer, subject to law. These Terms form the agreement concerning your use of the Service, together with any mandatory store terms and notices presented for a specific feature.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, or risk. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Application or through another appropriate channel. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using and uninstall the Application.
